How it works
GELAFORM is obtained through gentle hydrolysis, which cuts the amino acid chains into short peptides. This structure promotes rapid and efficient absorption by the body, unlike gelatine or non-hydrolysed collagens.
GELAFORM mainly provides type I and type II collagen, the types most present in cartilage, tendons, bones and skin, as well as types III, IV and V in smaller proportions. Its amino acid profile stands out for its richness in glycine, proline and hydroxyproline.

A little extra tip: a juice rich in vitamin C (orange, acerola, lemon) helps the body absorb the collagen.

How soon will I feel an effect?

What exactly does it contain?
Collagen peptides (collagen hydrolysate) of natural origin, with more than 98% protein. No fat, no sugar, no cholesterol. Free from allergens, gluten-free, lactose-free. It is of animal origin, so it is not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
Can I take it with my medication?
