Deliveries
You order online. We prepare your parcel in France and deliver it to your home within the European Union.
All our parcels are sent from France. Your parcel is delivered safely to your home by Colissimo (La Poste).

Unless an item is out of stock, your order is generally processed within 7 days of receipt of payment.

Payment
All payments are made in advance. Payment is secure: we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay and Bancontact cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see your card numbers.
Transport
In accordance with Article 185 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, Bio-Gestion SA is no longer responsible for the parcel once it has been handed over to the post office for dispatch. In the event of suspected theft, loss of goods or a damaged parcel, Bio-Gestion SA cannot be held responsible and shall not be obliged to make a refund.
Returns
Your 14-day right of withdrawal, our 3-month “Satisfied or refunded” guarantee and the conditions for returns are described in our refund policy.
